Support and payment pages are where a product tells you how long a review can take and what documents it may ask for. Read them while you are calm, not after a transfer is already pending.
Find a path that works while you are logged out
A help email or ticket form that is visible before login is a good sign. A product that only offers chat after you add money is asking you to commit first and learn the rules later.
Timelines are part of the offer
If a page says a withdrawal “may take several days”, believe the slower number. Ask what happens if a name mismatch appears, and whether a fee is taken from the amount you requested. Screenshot the page with the date visible.
Documents
Identity checks are common. Send files only through the official upload page. Do not send card photos into a social-media chat. If someone claiming to be support writes to you first, treat it as unsolicited.
