Most account trouble starts in ordinary places: a reused password, a shared phone, or a support chat that asks for a one-time code. This note lists habits that keep a login quieter.
Keep the password unique
Do not recycle the password you use for email. If a gaming app is breached, a reused password becomes a key to something more important. A password manager is enough; a clever phrase that you also use on social media is not.
Treat OTP codes as cash
A genuine support desk does not need the SMS code that was just sent to you. If a chat window asks for it, close the chat and open the contact path printed inside the app settings.
Shared devices
Family phones are common. Use a lock screen, log out of the app when you finish, and avoid storing cards inside a product you share. If a device is sold or repaired, change the password first.
When a login looks unfamiliar
If you see a new device, a new city, or a withdrawal you did not start, use the in-product security page first. Then write down the time. Our Contact Us form cannot freeze a third-party wallet, but we can correct an article if our wording made the path unclear.
